For sure it was marvelous day and I had time of my life. For almost 3 days we were on wheels and were meeting, gifting and having fun. This was a different kind of experience when you meet so many people in so less time and sweets, sweets, sweets everywhere.
4 Nov 2010, Choti Diwali, I was busy with my mom in preparation of Rangoli at our house. Mom definitely has delicate and artistic pair of hands. This Rangoli looked beautiful.On the Grand Day, I was excited since morning and we were calling almost everyone to wish Happy Diwali. Then I went out with my father to bring some fresh flowers and other items for Diwali Poojan. By 6:45 Mom prepared everything to start Diwali Poojan and we started pooja by 7:00 PM. The moment we were done, I was after my father’s life for firecrackers to which my he has a condition. I was to finish my dinner before we start fireworks.
Somehow, I controlled myself and finished my dinner quickly. We then went down and enjoyed had a blast with so many fire crackers. For 2 hours of non-stop fireworks made my entire day. By the time we finished firecrackers it was 10:00 PM. I was tired like anything and in no time I felt asleep.
I could not have thought a better way to end such beautiful day. I wish each of you enjoy your life at its full, every day, every minute, every moment.
